Customs, Taxes & Duties:

Beau Life is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may occur upon delivery.

Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present to accept your delivery and sign for it. If no-one is in we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged. Alternatively, you may contact DHL directly to arrange for a delivery slot which suits you.

For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. These duties are charged once an order reaches its destination (delivery country). Cost of duties will vary widely from country to country and cannot be predicted by Beau Life GmbH. All charges are levied by the local government agency and no margin or profit is taken by Beau Life GmbH. We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering to avoid any unforeseen charges.

We strongly recommend 'tracking' be purchased for all returns as we will not be held liable if your item is not received.
Please note that if you are returning items to us from an international location a Customs Declaration form must be completed and placed on the package. It is also very important that you label the items as 'returned goods'. Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs with charges applied for customs duty. The parcel will not be released and forwarded to us unless you the customer pays these fees. 

At Beau Life we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected due to factors outside of our control.
